REGISTRATION FEE IS $50 PER CHILD. **** All registration fees are due at the time forms are submitted and are non refundable. When forms are received, you will be registered on our Procare app and you can pay by credit or debit through Procare. For cash and checks, you will need to pay in the preschool office. Please indicate below how you will pay - $1.00 processing fee for debit cards and $8.00 processing fee for credit cards

Updated immunization record. need to be brought in by the first day of camp if your child is not currently registered.
